Abstract： The segmentation and conjunction of four-character idioms in both Chinese pinyin and current braille rules exhibit inconsistencies.Existing braill standards for idiom segmentation contain contradictions，leading toa lack of uniformityin practice.The current approach to idiom segmentation fails to accuratelyreflect its internal structural relationships，thereby increasing the difficulty for visually impaired students in reading and learning idioms by touch. In the Chinese braille corpus，four-character idioms have the most numerous and have the highest usage frequency.The complete combination of four-character idioms not only enhances tactile perception of the overall meaning for braille users but also conserves resources and facilitates information processing.
