油田含聚污水在换热表面的结垢特性研究

Abstract:Foulingisacommonproblem intheeficientconversionandutizationof energyasitsignificantlyreduces heat transfereffciencyand jeopardizes theoperationalsafetyof equipment.Inrecent years,withtheapplicationof polymeroil drive technologyinrecent years,thefoulingproblemcausedby HPAMintherecovered fluidhasgradualyattacted atention.Scaling processesaremorecomplex andfouling is more stubborn inHPAM-containing environments than in HPAMfreeenvironments.Herein,toaddress the foulingof polymer-bearing wastewateronthesurfaceof heat-exchanger equipment,we experimentallyinvestigated the impacts offactors suchas heat-exchangersurface temperature,HPAM mass concentration,hydrolysis degree,fluidsalinity,andsurfaceroughness onthefoulingrateandidentiedthefoulingpatterns of polymer-bearing wastewater on such surfaces.It was found that polymerconcentrationisthemostimportant factor affctingthefoulingrateofpolymer-bearing wastewater.Thefoulingrate decreasesand then increases with increasing HPAM mass concentration,and HPAMexertsanantagonistic efect onthe fouling rate.The foulingrateincreases with increasing heat-exchanger surface temperature,andboilingaccelerates thesurface foulingrate.Inadition,thereisacriticaldegreeof HPAM hydrolysisat which thefouling rateisthe highest,while thesurfaceroughness has no significant efect onscalingrate.
