Abstract :Theextractionrateof organicacid components was usedasanindicator to investigatethe efects of extraction processparameters,namely,extractiontemperature,extractiontime,solid-liquidratio,and particlesizeontheextraction results using the water extraction method.A response surface model was established using a Box-Behnken design to optimizetheextraction processparameters fororganic acid components fromLonicerajaponicaThunb.with temperature, time,and solid-liquid ratioas factors.Results show that the optimal extraction process for organicacid components from Lonicera japonica Thunb. comprise an extraction temperature of 72∘C , an extraction time of 90min ,and a solid-liquid ratio of 1 9:40mL .Under these conditions,the extraction rate of organic acid components can reach 5.16% with a relative error of 0.96% compared to the theoretical value.
