AbstractBasedonthecounty-levelpaneldataofHnanProvincefrom2O14toO1，thispaperconstructsacommonprosperityindexevaluationsystemfroetiensosoffuenadaingnduseultitdfrencefreceodeltoexploeeactofe commercedemonstrationcountypolicyoncommonprosperityTheresultsshowthatthee-commercedemonsrationcountypolicyfectively promotesHenaProvicetooetowadsommonprosperity；themechanismnalysisrevealshathisoleischievedbypromotigas' incomeincreaseandoutylevelresidents’consumption.Heterogeneityanalysisidicatestatthefctisoreobviousintelatiely backwardareasofeconomicdevelopmenthichionducivetoaleviatingteimbalancewithintheregion.Terefore，HenanProvinceand similarprovincssoldoetrtiateineleifomeeitouralompreesieemosratioous，ctiely motefarmers’incomeincreasendoutyesidents’consumptio，andpromotepolicysupprtesoucestoeiledtowardsrelativelybackward areas of economic development，so as to ultimately help achieve common prosperity.
