南方典型县域土壤肥力状况对槐米芦丁含量的影响及相关性分析

AbstractTakingflowerbudsofSophorajaponicaLandsoilcollctedfrom8vilagesinChaotianTowshipndHaiangTowshipofing chuanCoutysseahts，etsoffetsolrtioetfroersofojpoicLsd andcorelatioaalsisasoductedtofdouthlctosthathdtegeateipactoneoetofri，provgteoeialbsis foragriculturalproduction.Teesultsndicatedvariationsinsoilfertityacross teamplingsites，withtotalntrogencotetfo 0.076% to （204号 0.323% ，soil organic matter from 13.1 to 61.0g/kg ，soil pH from 4.67 to 8.34，available phosphorus from8.6 to 71.6mg/kg ，and available potassium from 86.7 to 269.1mg/kg . A significant difference was observed in the rutin content of flower buds between Sophora japonica L.andtheJinhuai cultivar.The average contentofflower budsof Sophora japonica L.rutin inreal sophora trees was 27.81% ，and that in Jinhuaiwas36.93%esoiloicatotdvablepotassicotesifantlosiieloeaditodof SophorajaponicaLutincontent，ilesoilpvaluewasnegativelycoelaedwitfowerbudsofSoprajponicLuticontet mary，whendeveloingthultiationofSophorajaponicainLinguanCountyrganicfertlizershouldbeteainmethodinproductioto increasesoilocatteiesoudedteasioassirtlliaosatly increasesoilfrtiltdprootetothofoojpocatrsutleoftiveeauestcesotfo er buds of Sophora japonica.
