AbstractObjective]InordertoidenifythecauseofmassdeathofTuogxsinensis inanquaculturefarinGuangxi,andtouderstand thevirulecegscidbypathogenicbacteria.MethdBacteaeresolatedfrotevisceraltisusofuogsinesisitsisby routinemetods,ndtrpysiologicalandohemicalaracteristicsndmleularloedentifdeathogecityfs wasdeterminedbyrtificialinfectiontestofsinglestrainandmixedstrainThevirulencegenesofpathogenicstrainwredetectedbyPCR. [Result]TwodinantstrainsYOandYO2wereisolatedfromkidneytisueofTuogxsinesistrainYOwasAeromonashdoila, and the homology of 16S rRNA gene sequence with Aeromonas hydrophila strain M83 was 98.21% . Strain YLO2 was Edwardsiella tarda,and the 16S rRNA gene sequence had 99. 12% homology with Edwardsiella tarda strain S4.The results of artificial infection showed that strains YL01,YO2didacteralolutidropathogenicityemposfseasdT.nsisirtfalifetioe asthosfnatualifectioderomoasdroidEddselldesolaedfrothsudgasofrtifllfd Truogx sinensis. The virulence genotype of strain YLO1 was hly+Aer-Alt+Act-ahal+ahp+ ,and the virulence genotype of strain YLO2 was citC+fi 1 (20 mA+gadB+mukF+esrB-katB- .[Conclusion] Aeromonas hydrophila and Edwardia tarda are the pathogenic bacteria causing the death of Truogx sinensis.heidifetiontestsulsftetoacteiaalsdcateatteifectioiuatioofuogsiesisihssisso plex than before,and attention needs to be paid to disease prevention and control.
