杜仲内生真菌多样性研究方法•应用及展望

摘要 杜仲内生真菌多样性丰富,有大量尚待开发利用的微生物资源,有望成为解决杜仲资源与市场需求矛盾的关键替代物。基于现有文献资料对杜仲内生真菌的多样性进行综述,阐述了杜仲内生真菌多样性的相关研究方法、应用及展望,以期为杜仲内生真菌的研究与开发提供参考。

Key words  Eucommia ulmoides  are inhabited by diverse endophytic fungi, among which there are a large number of microbial resources to be exploited and utilized, which will be an essential substitute to solve the contradiction between resources and market demand of  E. ulmoides . According to the literature data, the composition, research methods and application prospects of endophytic fungi in  E. ulmoides  were described in order to provide reference for further research and development of endophytic fungal resources.
