除草剂残留生物检测研究进展

摘要 土壤中除草剂残留对环境有负面影响,相较于复杂的化学检测方法,生物检测法可以直观快速地监测除草剂残留,预警潜在的风险。综述了除草剂残留生物检测技术的研究进展,分析存在的问题,展望今后的发展方向,为除草剂残留快速检测研究提供思路。

Abstract Herbicide residues in soil have a negative impact on the environment. Compared with complex chemical detection methods, bioassay can directly monitor herbicide residues and early warn potential risks. This paper reviews the research progress of herbicide residue bioassay technologies, and makes prospects for the future development direction, to provide ideas for rapid detection of herbicide residues.

农业生产中使用的除草剂大部分直接或间接进入农田土壤中[1],残留在土壤不同深度空间[2],除草剂在土壤中的残留既涉及除草剂的效果与持效期,又涉及对轮作的后茬作物的安全性[3]。(剩余11228字)
