大蒜素和肉桂醛在水产饲料中的应用
摘要 大蒜素和肉桂醛是一种具有特殊生理功能的植物源天然抗菌剂,近年来作为饲料添加剂在畜禽安全生产中有着重要的意义。从抗菌消炎、促进生长、提高畜产品品质、提高机体免疫力以及防止饲料霉变等方面,综述了大蒜素和肉桂醛替代抗生素的研究进展,以期为大蒜素和肉桂醛和在水产饲料中的开发应用提供参考。

Application of Allicin and Cinnamaldehyde Compound in Aquatic Feed

Abstract Allicin and cinnamaldehyde are natural antimicrobial agents of plant origin with special physiological functions.Progress on the substitution of allicin and cinnamaldehyde for antibiotics was reviewed from the aspects of antibacterial and anti-inflammatory,promoting growth,improving quality of animal products,improving immunity of organism and preventing mildewy feed,so as to provide references for the development and application of allicin and cinnamaldehyde in aquatic feed.
