山区发展农业适度规模经营现状及对策分析

Current situation and strategies of developing agricultural moderate scale operations inmountainousareas

AbstractTo explore thedevelopment pathofagriculturalmoderate scaleoperations inmountainous areas,took Qishan Town,Qimen County in Southern Anhui Provinceas the research object,and thecurrent situation,challengesand development strategies of agricultural moderately scaled operations were analyzed.The research area has achieved a certainresults inagriculturalscale development by formulating supportivepoliciesand industrial standards,developing diversified managementmodels,cultivating new-type managemententities,andbuildingcharacteristicbases.However,the following aspects shouldbepaidattentionincludingfragmentedcultivatedland,land transfer mechanisms,drivingcapacity of management entities,applicationof mechanization,and industrializationlevel.Therefore,thefollwing strategiesare proposed: cultivate agricultural socializedservice organizations,integrate scateredlandforfull-processtrusteeship,and provide integrated services covering plowing,planting,management,and harvesting; establishlandtransfer management agencies,improvethetransfersystem,andguideidlelandtoconcentrateinagriculturalbusinesses topromotelargescale andstandardizedoperations;strengthenoperationaltrainingfornew-type managemententities,andenhancetheirindustrial chain driving capacityand socialized servicelevel; focus on majorcrops andkeylinksbased on mountainous terran,and select suitable machine modelsand productionproceses through pilot projects；strengthen industrial chain investment promotion,build an“enterprise + base + farmer”model, implement brand strategies relying on geographical indication products,andincrease the added valueofagriculturalproducts.Inconclusion,agricultural moderatelyscaledoperations in mountainousareas need tobebasedonresourceendowmentsandexplorediferentiateddevelopmentmodels inaccordance with local conditions toachieve the goals ofagriculturaleffciency improvement and farmerincome increase.

农业适度规模经营是指以提升农业生产效率和经济效益为目标，在既定的社会、经济和技术条件下，强调对土地、劳动力、资金、设备、技术等生产要素的优化配置，并合理组织产前、产中、产后各环节，通过适当扩大生产经营规模，从而取得较佳综合效益的农业生产经营和组织形式，其核心是实现各种生产要素的协同效应，使其发挥各自的最大生产潜力。（剩余4445字）
