Research on the combined processing technology of tobacco leaf raw materials

AbstractTo enhance the comprehensive utilization capacity of tobacco leaf raw materials,taking normal processing asa control,production tests with two processschemes:the sliced tobacco and original tobacco premoistening blending(scheme A)and pre-baking blending (scheme B)werecariedout,and7economic indexes,such as sheet rateand long stem yieldrate,finished product qualityindexes,such as water uniformityand nicotine uniformityof finished products,and five product quality indexes,such as sheet rate,were determined.Theresultsshowed that the piece rate of scheme B was 70.14% and the finished product output rate was 99.96 % . The tobacco leaf loss of adopting this scheme was relatively small.The uniform moisturecontrol levels of the finished products in the two schemes were basicallythesame,slightly higher than thenormalprocessing level.Theuniformityaverage valueof the finished nicotine in scheme B was 3.21% ,the coefficient of variation was 2.32% ,and the SQH1 value of the uniformity of the leaf structure was5.40,both of which were superiorto schemeA.Therefore,the pre-baking blending processing mode isa superiorprocesing technique.Itis conducive tooptimizing theeconomic indicators of leaf removal andre-baking, improvingthe stabilityof keyindicatorcontrol,and enhancing thecomprehensiveutilizationrateof tobacco leaves.
