Acquisition of Revolutionary Publications in the Resistance Bases of Central China

Abstract：During the Southern Anhui periodand the initial phase of its reestablishment in Yancheng，the headquarters of the New Fourth Armyobtained a large numberof publications from Shanghai.After 1942，with the opening and improvement of land and sea transport routes between the resistance bases in central China and those in Shandong，revolutionary publications from Shandong were able to enter the bases in central China.Atthe same time，the resistance bases in central China utilized radio communications to receive news from Yan’an and then re-editedand published them.Theenhancement of diversityand timeliness inthe channels foracquiring revolutionary publications not only expanded the reading resources available within the resistance bases in central China butalso significantly facilitated the disemination of revolutionary culture.Thus，the process of acquiring and disseminating revolutionary publications wasalsoareflectionof thecultural exchanges and information interactions among the various base areas.
