Abstract:Againstthebackdropofdvancing culturalconfidence buildingand vocationaleducationreform,thedep integration ofethnicculturalhritageandthemoderapprenticeshipsysteminvocatialinstitutiosrepresentsacrucialpatwayforsilling thespiritofcafsmanshipiostructionstudentsatigervcatioalcollges.Tisstudysystematicallyanalyzstepacticalhallengesincultivatingtecfsmanshipsiritamongcurrentconstructionstudents,evealingtheenderlyingstructuralcontradictios: thediscontinuityinthnicculuraltransmsion,theweaknesinpracticaleachingandteabsenceofculturalvalueontationIn responsetotheaboveisses,thisartcleinnovativelyproposes toonstructatree-dimensionalducationsystemof"culturalvalue orientatin-professionalcompetencebased-ollborativemechanismguarantee".Itconstuctsanotimizationpathfrothespects ofcuriculumsmcostructio,practicalteacingalitimprovement,culturalfieldiflratio,evauationmchansatio andpolicyguaranteestrengthenig,providingteoreticalbasisandpracticalguidanceforvocationalcoleges tocuivatearitctural craftsmen who combine national sentiment and the spirit of the times.
