Abstract：Asakeyplacethatshoulderstheresponsibilityofeducatingthepublic，storinganddisseminatingknowledge，theconstructionofpubliclibrarieshasimportanthistoricalsignificance.Theconceptofco-constructionandsharingemphasizesbreaking downresourcebariesndintegatingdiversefores.Undertheguidanceoftisonceptpubliclibrarscopeatewithsocialfores， whichis notonlyaninnovationinthediversifedsupplymodeofpublicculture，butalsoanimportantwaytoimprovethequalityof publicculturalsrvices.erefore，itiimperativforsociafestoparticipateinthonstructioofpubliclibraryresoucsHowever，fromanjectiveperspective，foralongtie，asaunitwithsocialwelfrenature，librarieshavehdrelativelylitlecopration withsocialinstuiosandackelevantexpernce.Invieoftis，tisaticleminlycondutsadetailedanalsisofteparicipationofsocialforcesintheconstructionofpubliclibrayresourcs，withtheaimofexploingpracticalandfeasiblewaystofurteriprovethelevelfpubliclibraryrvicestosocietyhaceatioalculuraliteracyndontributetoeonstructionofultural power.
