OptimizationofDiscrete Elemental Simulation Parameters for Forest Panax pseudoginseng Plantation Red Soil Based on GA-BP-GA

Abstract:Inorder tosolvetheproblemofthelackofaccurateandreliablediscreteelement simulationparameters for thedesignofagriculturalimplements inYunnanforestPanax pseudoginsengcultivation,theredsoilofYunnanforest Panax pseudoginseng cultivation was takenas theresearch object,andthe Hertz-Mindlin with JKRcohesion model inEDEM was selectedto calibrate the relevant simulation parameters.Onthe basis of the previous experiments,the Plackett-Burman testand thesteepest-climbing test wereused toscreenthe significance factorsand theiroptimal valueintervals,thesoil simulationstackinganglewas usedas theresponse value,and theresponse surface methodology(RSM)and machine learning were used to optimize and compare the significance parameters, respectively.The results showed that the soil JKR(Johnson-Kendall-Roberts) surface energy was 5.597 J⋅m-2 ,soilsoil collisionrecoveryoeficientwasO.314,soil-soilollingfrictionfactorwasO.132,andsoil-65Mnstlcollision recovery coefficient was O.264 after using RSM optimized,the simulated stacking angle was 38.16∘ ,and the relative error with the actual stacking angle was 2.03% .While using genetic algorithm(GA)-back propagation(BP)-GA model optimized,the soil JKR surface energy was 5.245J⋅m-2 ,soil-soil collision recovery coefficient was O.4O4,soilsoil rolling friction factor was O.171,soil-65Mn steelcollsion recoverycoeffcient was O.318,simulated stacking angle was 36.81∘ ,and the relative error with the actual stacking angle was 1.57 % ,which was superior to that of the RSM.Above results showed that the GA-BP-GA algorithm wassuperior to the RSM method in parameter optimization,andtheredsoil parametercalibrationresults obtained could beused in discreteelementsimulation.
