Abstract:【Objective】The authenticity identification method of Dendrobium hybrid progeny based on SRAP marker technologywasconstructed to providereliable technical support for theidentificationof newvarieties(lines)ofDendrobium.【Method】Using SRAP markertechnology,theauthenticityidentificationand geneticdiversityanalysisof D primulinum,D.anosmumand 151 hybrid progeny which were from D .primulinum as female parent and D . anosmum as male parent were cariedout.【Result】7pairsof specific primers were screeed from 90 pairsofSRAP primers to achieve efficientidentification for hybrid progeny,with an efficiencyof 100% ;Polymorphism analysis showed that the polymorphismratioof7pairs of primers was 81.O3%,revealing richgenetic variation;Cluster analysis showed that153 sample materialscouldbedivided into five groups whenthegenetic distancewas O.24.Among them,82.78%of thehybrid progeny were clustered with male parent,and the genetic relationship was closer.The genetic similaritycoeficient among thehybrid progeny lines wasgenerally higherthanthat between themandthe twoparents,andthe genetic similarity coeffcient between the male parent and the hybrid progeny lines was close to that between the female parent and the hybrid progeny lines.【Conclusion】SRAPmarkercan beused for theearlyidentificationof thehybrid progenyof Dendrobium,which can effectively assist the identification and breeding of new varieties.
