Abstract:Inorder toprovide technical guidance for mixing intensification ofhigh energetic material preparation in microreactors,efectsof inert gasand ultrasound were studiedtodetermine thesegregation index of VillermauxDushman reaction,and the mixing performance of the microreactors was assessed under different gas-liquid inlet velocities,gas-liquidratios,andultrasonicfield intensities.Furthermore,computationalfluid dynamicsmethods were employed to couplefluid flow,chemical reactions,two-phase flow-field,andpressure acoustics to numericallyinvestigatethe effects of gas-liquid ratio and ultrasonic poweron the segregation index of Villermaux-Dushman reaction.The mechanism of intensification of gas-liquid two phase reaction systems and flow regime transition point were elucidated.The research results can contribute tothe design optimization of gas-liquid two-phase flow microreactors.
