Abstract： Since its establishment in 1928， the Central National Art Museum has made great efforts to organize and establishathre-level nationalartsystematthe provincial（special city），county（city）and social levels.Atpresent，the academic research on the upper "Central Chinese Martial Arts Museum" has become more and more perfect， while the researchonthelower"provinces，cities，countiesandsocieties"ChineseMartialArtsMuseumtendstobequiet，andthe relevantresearch needs to be further systematically excavated and sorted out. Jiangsu Chinese martial Arts Museum is the earliest and most influential provincial Chinese martial arts museum after the central Chinese Martial Arts Museum. In view of this，using historical research methods such as textual research， this paper makes an textual research on the establishmenttime，amendmentofarticlesofssocation，jusmentofrgazation，seingoftachingclastye，local county-levelNationalArtMuseumandotheraspectsofthe"JiangsuNationalArtMuseum"intheperiodoftheRepublic of China，soas to make a detailed combing and analysis and restore the actual situation for the academic circles.
