Abstract：Oral history isanimportantmethod torecord，restoreand protectthememoryof Wushu intangiblecultural heritage inheritors，but thecurent researchon oral historyof Wushu intangible cultural heritage inheritors has not formedasystematicand complete theoretical system.Therefore，basedon the methodologyoforal historyand the research statusofWushu history，providing methodsand theoretical basis for theresearchoforal historyofnon heritage inheritors ofChinese Wushuhas become the focus ofthis study.Firstly，theresearch objects ofthe population history of intangible cultural heritage of Chinese Wushucan be divided into narrow senseand broad sense，which needs to take intoaccount individualand groupresearch.Second，theresearchcontentcanbedividedintothre parts： theinheritor's individualife history，the interaction historybetweenindividualandcountryandsocietyandthespecial oral history. Third，the principles oflong-term， morality and authenticityare the basic principles ofresearch methods.
