Abstract： by using the methods of literature review and logical analysis，this paper combs the digital reform of the integration of sports and medicinein China.According tothe research，the main problems in the digital reform of the integration of sports and medicineareas folows： theorganization，management and coordination ofthe integrationof sports and medicine are lack of perfect system and mechanism guarante; Medical and health digitization is advancing slowly，entityisnotfim，dataownershipisnotclear，andopenness islimited;Medicaldatastandardsarenotunified， anddata security needs to be guaranteed; Lack of healthdata， medical big dataand health big data need to be integrated; Five suggestionsareput forward，includingtop-leveldesignas thesupport，platform constructionasthe key，fusion technologyas thecore，datasecurityasthe guaranteeand talenttrainingasthefocus： strengthentheorganizationand leadership，increase the support and support for the digital reform of sports medical integration; Integrating into the "government service platform" construction system; Build a smart health govermance service platform; Set up the "key project plan of sports medical integration"to give priorityto the development of key technologies of digital sports medical integration;Establish the talent incubation base ofsports medical integration to provide talent guarantee for the efective implementationof sports integration; Promote industrysupervisionand legal protection，integrateblockchain technology，andensurethesecurityandeffectivenessofdata.Theresearch provides anewidea forthedigitalreformof sports medicine integration to accelerate the construction of healthy China.
