Abstract:Inorganicperovskite CsPbX3 ( X =Cl,Br,I)nanocrystals(PNCs)have the advantages highluminous efciencyadjustableemission wavelength,buttheir poor stabilitylimitspracticalapplications.This study employschlorine-containing ligs forpost-treatment to synthesize CsPb(Br/Cl)3 PNCs with tunable emission colors investigates their luminescent properties stability.The introduced Cl-ions exchange with Br'in CsPbB 13 (20 PNCs passivate surfacedefects.Byadjusting the concentration the chlorine-containing ligs,the emission CsPb(Br/Cl)3 PNCs can be tuned from green to blue light. Notably,cyan-emitting CsPb(Br/Cl)3 PNCs maintain high luminescence intensityafter being immersed in water for15days,with stable emision peak position full width at half maximum(FWHM).Their photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY) improves compared to untreated CsPbB 13 PNCs.Finally,acyan-light-emitting diode(LED)usingCsPb(Br/Cl) 3 PNCswith a 370 nm chip was fabricated,achievingCIE chromaticitycoordinates(0.116,0.264),showing potentialtosupplementthecyan light in white LEDs.
