含苝酰亚胺聚氨酯的合成、力学特性及近红外反射性能

Abstract:Doping perylene diimide(PDI) into a polymer matrix is a simple strategy to prepare near-infrared(NIR) reflective materials,but the mechanicalpropertiesand NIRreflectance propertiesare significantlycompromised due to macro-phase separation.In this study,anovel polymer(denotedasPU-PDI)with intrinsic NIRreflective properties was synthesizedbycovalent incorporationof PDIunits intopolyurethane chains.Its photophysical characteristics,mechanical propertyand NIRreflectance propertyare investigated indetail.The results showthatcovalent incorporation reduces thesevere aggregation of PDIunits,thereby endows PU-PDI with excellent mechanical property. The elongation atbreak ofPU-PDI can reach more than 700% ,and thebreakingstrengthis34.11MPa.Moreover, compared tothe blending system,PU-PDIposssses enhancedNIRreflectionabilitydue tothe betterdispersionof PDI units.
