Study on Faults and Countermeasures of Metallurgical Sintering Machines

Abstract：Thesintering machine isawidelyused equipment in the metallrgical industry，primarily employed tosinter ironore into lumpymaterials，providingpelltizedraw materialsfor ironmaking.An in-depthanalysisof itscomponents andfunctions serves as thefoundation for equipment maintenanceandfault handling.Basedonthe practicalcontextf the metalurgicalindustry，thispapersytematicallyexaminesthesintering machne'sprocessflow，workingprinciples，strctural composition，and equipmentfunctions.Buildingonthisanalysis，itconductsan in-depth studyonequipment maintenance andfault handling，proposingcorresponding preventionandcontrolmeasuresaimedatreducing equipmentfailureratesand improving production efficiency.
