Research on the influence of molds on the quality of white casting of cast iron standard samples

Abstract:Whenanalyzing thespectrumofcast iron materials,thequalityofwhitecasting ontheanalysis surface seriously affects the detection accuracy.This study systematicallyexplores the influence mechanismof the design and manufacturing parameters of cast iron reference material molds on the white casting quality of spectral analysis standards.Through experimentalanalysis,itwasfoundthat"thermalconductivityofmoldmaterial"and"structuralcooling eficiency"arethe corefactors determining thedegreeof whitening.Basedontheaboverules,thisarticleproposesamoldoptimizationdesign scheme to provide technical support for improving the accuracy of spectral analysis.When using "chromium zirconium copper+circulating water coling",the high carbon equivalentcast iron reference material is completelywhitened, with uniform internal composition and no cracks.
