Comparative study on carbide rating standards for bearing steel

Abstract:This paper conducts a comparative analysis of several common carbide rating standards for bearing steel, including GB/T18254-2016,SEP1520-1998,ISO 5949-1983,etc.Itelaborateson their respective characteristicsand diferences in terms of applicationscope,sampling methods,heattreatment systems,rating methodsand chromatogram Settings.Theifluenceofdiferentstandardsonthequalityassessmentofbearingsteelwasalsodiscussd.Finalyrelevant suggestionswereputforward,withtheexpetationofprovidingatheoreticalbasisfortheinspectionandqualitycontrolof bearing steel.
