Abstract：Thein-productionspecial-steelenterprisewasincludedinthelocal "ListofKeySoilPolutionSupervisionUnits" althoughitdoesnothavethecoking process，andshouldcarryoutitsown monitoringtasks byreferring tothe"Technical GuidelinesforSelf-monitoringofSoilandGroundwaterforIndustrialEnterprises （Trial）"acording totherequirement.After sorting ut informationicluding thebasicprofile，productionprocesses，polution-producing links，andkeyfacilitisand equipment，keysupervisionunitsareidentified，samplingpointsarelaidoutinaccordancewithspecifications，samplesof soiland groundwateraretested，andthereasonsforexceedingstandardsareanalyzedandsugestionsaremade.Allthework abovecouldhelpprovidereferenceexperiencefortheidentificationandpreventionofsoilandgroundwatercontaminationfor special-steel enterprises which in production.

《工矿用地土壤环境管理办法》（生态环境部令[2018]第3号）规定，有色金属冶炼、石油加工、化工、焦化、电镀、制革等行业中应当纳入排污许可重点管理的企业属于土壤环境污染重点监管单位。（剩余3882字）
