Methods and practices for improving the efficiency of SDS dry flue gas desulfurization in gas fired boilers for gas power generation

Abstract：Gas-firedboilersforpowergeneration，fueledbyblastfurnace gasandconvertergas，producefluegascontaining substantial sulfurdioxide（SO）and particulate mater.Low-altitudeemissionsofthese polutantscontribute toatmospheric issues such asacidrainand haze，posing significantthreats toecosystemsand public health.To mitigateenvironmental impacts，this studycomprehensively investigates thecausesofloweficiencyinSDSdryfluegasdesulfurization.Through cost-efectiveoptimizationsofthefeedingsystem，pneumaticonveyingsystem，anddustremovalsystem，weaddresssodium bicarbonate （NaHCO3）agglomerationand pipeline blockages.These improvements elevate SDSdesulfurization effciencyby （20 11.2% ，effectively reducing SO and particulate emissons to meet regulatory standards while maintaining operational cost 2neutrality.
