Abstract:This paper aims to developanoptimizedqualitymanagement approach forthe inspectionprocess of automotive steel products byaplyingLeanSixSigma methodologies,acomprehensivequalitymanagement framework isconstructed, enabling systematic management acrosstheentire inspectionprocess—fromraw materials to finished products.Through theintegrationofSixSigmaDMAICtols,qualitycontrolchartsandParetodiagrams,thestudyidentifiesandcontrolsthe keyfactors influencingtheinspection defectrateand inspectioncycletime,acheving precisecontrolandoptimizationof the inspection proces.Thisapproachovercomesthelimitationsof traditional qualitymanagement methods thatrelyheavily on manual inspectionsand expertjudgment,effctivelyaddressingtheineficienciesand inconsistenciesobsered inpast inspection processes.
