Determination of sulfur in slaked lime by X -ray fluorescence tabletting

Abstract：ThispaperintroducesamethodfortheanalysisofSinslakedlimebyX-rayfluorescence tableting.This method hastheadvantages of simpleoperation，fast analysis speedandlowanalysiscost.To ensurethe precisionandaccuracyof samples analysisl，the mainanalysis parametersof theX-rayfluorescencespectrometer were selected.Undertheselected analysis conditions，the productionsamples of slaked lime wereused forcalibration and a fluorescence analysis curve was established.Theexperiment proved thatthedeterminationofSinslaked limebyX-rayfluorescence tabletting has highprecision.Throughthestatisticalanalysisofthedataof infraredanalysisandX-rayfluorescence method，the-ray fluorescence method can meet the requirements of accuracy and timeliness.
