Determination of five components of vanadium, phosphorus, silicon, manganese, and iron in composite vanadium ntrogen alloy by fusion sample preparation and X⋅ -ray fluorescence spectrometry

Abstract:Inthis paper,by means of low temperature preoxidation,theuseof diferent oxidants tooxidize composite vanadiumnitrogenaloysamples,fromthepreoxidationmethod,oxidizerratioslection,preoxidation temperatureandtime and otherconditions to select the best preparation conditions.After the pre-oxidation treatment,the composite vanadium nitrogenalloyisrapidlyandeficientlytransformedintoaunifom glasssheetbyheating and melting athightemperature.A newanalysis program is established toachieve simultaneous determinationof 5elements such asvanadium,phosphorus,sili con,manganeseand iron.Theresultsobtained bythis methodare in goodagreement with thestandard values ofcalibration samples and the values measured by chemical wet method.
