建成环境对网约车出行需求时空异质性影响研究
——以上海市为例

Abstract:Toinvestiatetheinteractionbetwenthebuiltenvironmentandtraveldemandofonlinecar-hailing,thisstudyutilizedShanghaisonlinecar-hailingorderdataandconstructedtheurbanbuiltenvironment indicators with 24 parameters, including population, road, and POI densities, and distance to transit.Amulti-scalegeographicalyweightedregresion(MGWR)modelwasdevelopedforthethre periods ofpeakhoursofmorning,nonandafternononwekdaysandwekends,consideringadaptivebandwidthsofinfluencingfactors,andtoexplorethespatiotemporalheterogeneityoftheimpactofbuiltenvironmentonthetraveldemandofonlinecar-hailin .Resultsindicatedthattheinterretin abilit of MGWRmodelforonlinecar-hailingdemandupedto 77.1% ,whichwas0.426morethantheOLSmodel and0.082morethantheGWR model,showin abeterfitin efect.Subwa stationsandsub-branch roads density showed higher spatial heterogeneity on the demand of online car-hailing. During morning rush hours of wekdays and wekends, suburban busines residential areas and subway stations had a strongerpositiveefectononlinecar-hailingdemand.Duringeveryperiodofrushhours,thepositive impactononlinecar-hailingdemandbysub-branchroadsdensityofcitycenterwasgeneralygreaterthan otherareas,andthefactorsofbuiltenvironmentneartheinternationalairportsalsohadagreaterpositive influenceononlinecar-hailingdemand,andtheimpactofHongqiaoAirportwasslightlyhigherthanthat ofPudongAirport.
