巫山巴鲵野外种群的栖息地微生境偏好研究

Abstract：Liuashihisanationalsecond-clas rotectedwildanimal，butitfacesthreatssuchashabitat los andfragmentation.Therefore，understandingthemicrohabitatpreferencesofLiuashihiswildpopulationsiscrucialformoretaretedconservationefortsforthissecies.Toadres this roblem，afield surveywasconductedbetwenAprilandMayof2023in14foreststreamslocatedinChengkou，Wuxi， Wushan counties in Chongqing， and Shenongjia in Hubei Province. A total of 34 quadrats with Liua shihi distribution and 26 control quadrats without Liua shihi were established，and 14 microhabitat factors weremeasuredineachquadrat.TheresultsshowedthatwildpopulationsofLiuashihitendedtochose areaswithmoresiltsbstratesandavoidedordidnotchoseareaswith moreruble，rockand ravel substrates.Significantdiferenceswereobservedinwaterchlorophyla，disolvedoxygen，turbidity，river width，conductivit andwatertem eraturebetwenLiuashihidistribution uadratsandcontrol uadrats， whereasnosignificantdiferenceswerefoundinairtemperature，altitude，watervelocity，vegetation cover，airhumidity，riverdepthandwaterpH.Amongthesefactors，watertemperaturewasthemost importantpredictorfortheabundanceofwildLiuashihipopulations，folowedbywater pH ，altitudeand riverdepth.
