Abstract:TostudytheefectsofDendrobiumnobileontheeg productionperformanceandeg qualityof 60-day-oldChishuisilkiehens.Theexperimentwasconductedbyrandomlydividing270Chishuisilkie hens with similar body weight into 3 groups with 6 replicates of each group and 15 hens in each replicate. Thecontrolgroupwasfedwiththebasaldiet,andtheexperimentalgroupⅠandⅡ wasfedwithsuplementof 700mg/kg and 1400mg/kgD .nobilepowderinthebasaldiet,respectively.Thefedintake, eg production,eg weightandmortalityofeachgroupwererecordedeveryday.Theeg productionrate andfed-to-eg ratiowerecalculatedandanalyzedattheendoftheexperiment.3egswererandomly takenfromeachreplicateonthe 90th dayoftheexperimenttomeasureandanalyzetheeg quality,amino acidandfatyacidcontentsoftheegs.Theresultsshowedthat: ① Comparedwiththecontrolgroup, the eg production rate of test group I was significantly higher ϕ<0.05) ). ② The Haptoglobin unit and eg yolkcolorofegsoftestgroup Ⅰ wassignificantlyhigherthanthatofthecontrolgroupandtest groupⅡ P<0.05; ).Theproteincontentoftestgroup Ⅰ wassignificantlyhigherthanthatoftest groupⅡ p<0.05) ). ③ TheegsofChishuisilkiehensintestgroupsⅠand I containedsignificantly higherserine,glutamicacid,glycine,totalaminoacidsandnon-esentialaminoacidsthanthoseofinthe egsofcontrol ⋅p<0.05) ). ④ Thecontentsofpalmiticacid,linoleicacid,behenicacid,totalsaturated fatyacids(SFA)andpolyunsaturatedfatyacids(PUFA)intheegsoftestgroupⅠ weresignificantly higherthanthoseinthecontrolgroupandtestgroupⅡ ϕ<0.05) ).Theoleicacidintestgroup I was significantlyhigherthanthatincontrolgroupandtestgroupⅠ ϕ<0.05) ).Theaditionof D .nobileto thefedhadapositiveefectontheeg productionrate,eg quality,aminoacidsandfatyacidsinegsof Chishuisilkiehens.
