基于PMC指数模型的我国省级古籍政策量化评价

Abstract：This paper takes 57ancient books policies issued at the provincial level in Chinaas the research object， the text content mining was caried out byusing ROSTCM6 software，and the evaluation index system of provincial ancient books policy was constructed based on PMC index model to quantitatively evaluate the 57 policies.The results show that China's provincialancientbookspolicies areata good level asa whole，but there is stilla certain degree of optimization space for various policies in term of policy nature，policy toolsand policy content.It is recommended to optimize from the aspects of enriching policy nature，improving policy tools and expanding policy content.
