Abstract：In thecontext of intellgent development，libraries are actively exploring AI's innovative applications in literatureretrieval.It aims toofer more preciseand multi-dimensional knowledge recommendations，fosteracademic disseminationandcros-field integration，and blaze new trails for academic research.This paper sums upthe evolutionandcurrent applicationofAI large models in literature retrieval，analyzes AI's strengthsand limits in this field，and evaluates its effectiveness across diffrent disciplines based on empirical research.The paper focuses on how natural language procesing enables more precise semantic retrieval and explores deep learning and machine learning applications inboosting the intelligenceof literature retrieval.By constructingan intellgent retrieval model，it seeks topresentan moreeficientand smartsolution forliterature retrieval，promote the transformationof information retrieval tech to thedirectionof inteligence，and underpin the in-depth advancement of the"National Smart Library System Construction" withtheory and practice.The study results not only help to improve the efficiencyof library services，but alsoprovide important referencesforthe in-depth application of artificial intellgence in the field of knowledge services.
