坚持医院文化建设标准创新医院党建工作分析

摘 要：在新时期，医院必须要加强党建文化建设和标准创新工作理念，坚持以病人为中心，并秉承厚德、爱生、精进、释悦的服务宗旨，树立良好的形象，提高党建文化质量，只有这样才能够建立良好的医院品牌形象。党建部门应该重视创新管理机制，并开展相应的培训工作，加强意识形态工作，以推动医院可持续发展。

Adhering to Hospital Culture Construction Standards and Innovating Hospital Party Building

Abstract： In the new era， hospitals must strengthen the construction of Party building culture， actively innovate the working concept， adhere to people-oriented principle， uphold the service purposes of great virtue， love， progress and happiness， establish a good image and improve the quality of Party building culture. Only in this way can we establish a good cultural image of the hospital. The Party building department should pay attention to innovating the management mechanism， carry out corresponding training and enhance the awareness of cultural construction， so as to promote the sustainable development of the hospital.
