摘 要：党的基层组织是确保党的路线方针政策和决策部署贯彻落实的基础，工作理念决定工作成效。本文将标准化和党建工作联系起来，在理清党建标准化建设的几个关系的基础上，论证了基层党建标准化的基本理论依据，阐述了党建标准化的制定原则、步骤，构建党建工作标准体系，以党建标准化建设为抓手推动党建高质量发展。

Practice and Thinking on Standardization of Grassroots Party Building Work

Abstract： The Party’s grassroots organizations are the foundation to ensure the implementation of the Party’s guidelines， policies， decision-making and deployment. And the concept of work determines the effectiveness of work. This paper links standardization with the work of Party building. On the basis of clarifying several relations of standardization construction of Party building， it argues the theoretical basis of standardization of grassroots Party building， expounds the principles and steps of standardization of Party building， constructs the standards system of Party building， and takes standardization construction of Party building as the starting point to promote the high-quality development of Party building.
