Abstract:Basedonthethree threatcharacteristicsoffuture maritimeairswarms—"lowdetectability,tacticalcomplexity, andcost-efectivenessof scale"—this paper analyzes threecorerequirements forconstructing ananti-swarmsystem:"alldomainmultidimensionalperception,rapiddnamicdecision-making,ndcost-ffctiveintereption."Accordinglyitconstructsananti-swarmsystemfeaturing"multidimensional inteligentdetection,dynamicagileengagement,andlayeredfficientinterception."Thepaper establishes adetection systemcenteredon "wide-area earlywarning,precise identification, andcontinuous tracking"toovercometraditionaldetectionblindzones.Itbuildsanengagementsystemfocusedon"inteligentsituationassessment,dynamicnetworking,andresilientsurvivability"toaceleratethekillchain.Furthermore,itdevelopsaninterceptionsystementeredon"pre-emptiveinterception,lowostkill,ndeficentallocation"tochievecostefectiveinterception.Thisprovidesasystematicframeworkandtechnicalpathwayfordeveloping futurenaval warfaresystemstocounterair swarms.
