Abstract：Inthecontextofthe "dualcarbon"strategy，inordertomettheneeds of transformationandupgrading of Hebei Iron and Steel and Xuangang，an inteligent productioncontrolsystem for scrap steel grading has beendeveloped to achieve intellgent recognitionand judgment of scrap steel grades. The system includes hardware and software systems，and byconnecting with the ERP system and the logistics system，it achieves thefull-process intellient management of scrap steel processing. After the system wasput intouse，significant results have ben achieved，with the accuracyrateofscrapsteel grading，weightdeduction，and theidentificationofsealedcontainers and dangerous goods in the vehicle reachinga high level.Atthesametime，ithas good promotionand application valueandsocial benefits.
