Abstract：Inthe productionand manufacturing of stee cord，multiple special production processesare required from rawmaterialwirerodtofinishedstelcord.Duringthisprocess，lubricationisparticularlyimportantfortheproduction of yellow wireto cord steel wire.Through practical analysis，it has been foundthat poorlubrication during thedrawing processcan lead to serious quality issues such as broken wires，surface cracks，uneven thickness，and damage to the surface coating.Theresults indicate thatbycirculating and maintaining the wet drawing lubricantthrough alubrication stationsystem，the service lifeof the lubricantcan be effectively extended.Thecontinuous improvementof product lubrication efect is notonly beneficial for processqualitycontrol but also significantly enhances product qualityduring the production process.
