Abstract：The energy-saving combustion control system playsa crucial role inthe blast furnace hot stove. On the one hand，itcansignificantlyimproveenergyutilizationeficiency，reduce energyconsumption，andlowerproductioncosts. At the same time，it guarantees the stable operation of the blast furnace hotstove and improves product quality. On the other hand，researching it helps promote the innovation and development of related technologies，thereby promoting the sustainabledevelopmentof thestelindustry，reducingthenegativeimpactontheenvironment，andenhancing the marketcompetitivenessof enterprises.It has great research significance in both economic and environmental aspects. Company is based on theadvanced BCS series optimized control and energy-saving patented technology. Starting fromthe mostbasic measurement andcontrolinstruments of the blastfurnace hot stove，itusesadvancedcontrol technology to realize theautomatic optimized controlof the blastfurnace hot stove.Byadopting methods such as fuzzy control，theair-fuelratioduring thefurnaceburning processisautomaticallyadjusted，whichnotonlyimproves the combustion eficiencyof thehotstove，reduces gasconsumption，butalsoreduestheadverseimpactontheenvironment.
