Abstract： This paper describes the characteristics of the fixed total price business model of EPC （Engineering， Procurement，and Construction）general contracting in metallurgical engineering，and how to improve thedynamiccost control of engineering projects and enterprises throughdigital means.Focusing on cost management in EPC projects withintheironandstelmetallurgy industry，thestudyestablishes functional modulessuchascostbudgeting，equipment inventory，tenderprocurementplaning，ontractbudgetalocation，andfiancialdataintegation，chevingridcost control. The findings are presented for reference and discussion.
