Abstract：The articleprimarily explores the application effects ofhigh-hardnesswear-resistant materials in blade manufacturingforconstruction machinery.Byconductingan in-depthanalysis of material selectioncriteria and issues encountered during practical applicationsacross diferent scenarios，andcombining performance test results，it evaluates theadvantages of high-hardnesswear-resistant materialsover traditional materials.Furthermore，the application value ofhigh-hardnesswear-resistantmaterials iscomprehensivelyconsideredfromboth economic benefitsandenvironmental impact perspectives，providing theoretical basis and technical support for future material selection.
