Abstract：This research focusesonthe turbid circulating water treatmentsystemof the2O5O roling millof Hesteel Group Tangsteel Company.Itdeeplyanalyzes thecurrent situationof its treatment process and facilities.Inresponse to the problems existing inkeylinks of the sewage treatment system，suchas pipeline network layout，water quality monitoring，and sludge treatment，a systematic solution is proposed.Byoptimizing the pipeline network structure of the sewage treatment system，increasing the compliance rate ofclean waterquality，and reducing the system operation cost， it provides strong supportfortheeffcientand stableoperationoftherolling millturbid circulating water system.

河钢唐钢热轧部2050轧线水系统供应和处理由动力部给水作业区负责，轧机浊环水处理工艺为：轧机高低压水经过冲渣沟进入旋流沉淀池，沉淀后经提升泵进入承压一体化净水装置处理，污泥排出后经过浓缩处理进人烧结机，承压一体化净水装置出水再经过双旋流过滤器过滤后利用余压进入冷却塔冷却回到供水水池。（剩余4535字）
