Effects of Chronic Overexpression of Interleukin-6 in Left Stellate Ganglion on Cardiac Electrophysiology and Investigation of Mechanisms

【Abstract】ObjectiveToexaminetheeffectsandunderlyingmechanismsofchonicoverexpresionoftheinflammatorycytokine interleukin-6(L-6)ineftstellteanglio(SG)onardacltropsiologicalpropertis.MetosSitenhealtyeagswe randomly assgned to two groups:the IL-6 group ( n=8 )and the control group ( n=8 ). In the IL-6 group,multisite microinjections of AAV-IL6wereadministerdtoteSGhileteontrolgouceivedanqualvoueofli.Priortoectio,erumsamplseted, andLSGactivitywasmeasured.A24-hourambulatoryelectrocardiogammoitoringasperfoedbothpreoperativelyandonpostopative3 days,includingdecoilas(V)teal,tealspsindQspesiin colected,ndLctiviyseasdosugeryiGsetedfolealssulsAte significantiesdtoosodacalaesoeelels, or LSG activity.After 30 days of IL-6overexpression,the IL-6 group exhibited a significantly higher incidence of VA( P<0.05 ),along with a marked reductioninbothQTand QTc intervals( P<0.05 ),aswell asincreased dispersion of both the QT and QTc intervals( P<0. 05 ). Additionally,theI-6opsowdsignifcantlyevatedseuoepinerinlvelsndSGactivityomparedteontolgoupi notable increase in synaptophysin density in the LSG( P<0. 05 ).ConclusionChronic overexpression of IL-6 in the LSG compromises cardiacelectropsiologicaltabilitydisteincdenceofVAlikelyuetLGemodelig-induceddisruptiofdacutoc regulation.
