【Abstract】ObjectieToaalyztehangesofintestialflorainpatientswitholatedsveretricuspidregurgitationndexplote feasibilityofmicrobiotainterventionthrapyintesepatients.MethodsPatientsithisolatedseveretricuspidregurgitationwowere continuouslyadmitedtoteDepartmentofCardiacSurgeryofGuangdongProvincialPeole’sHspitalfromSeptember2O toOctober03 were enrolledin the tricuspid regurgitation experimental group(group T, n=20 ).Foreach patient in the group T,a patient with isolated severemitralregurgitationwhowashospitaliedforsurgeryasrandomlyselectedduringtesameperiodasthegroupformitralregiatio (group M,n=20 ).Inaddition,foreverytwopatientsenrolld intheexperimentalgroup,ahealthyadult wasselectedasthehealthycontrol group (group N,n=10 ).Stool samples from three groups were colected and then subjected to 16sRNA gene sequencing. Bioinformatics analyses were performed according to the sequencing results.ResultsAnalysis of α diversity showed that the index of Simpson,Sobs,Chao1, ACEof intestinalflorainTgrouplower thanthoseinMgroupandNgroup,butthere wasnostatisticallsignificantdiference P>0.05). The β diversityshowedthatthethreegroupswereseparatedfromeachother.Corelationanalysisshowedthattherelativeabundanceof Ruminococcaceae,Oscillospirales,Ruminococcus_sp N15MGS-57,and Roseburia - inulinivorans were positively correlated with tricuspid anularplanestolicecusioCoclusioeitestialfoaisstubedinpatitsiteeretrcuspidgugiatiode significantcoeaenultileootasndigartfunctoindesiseatints,sugtigatitestifbe associated with the occurrence and development of severe tricuspid regurgitation.
