【Abstract】Myocardialischemiareperfusioninjury(MRI)referstothephenomenonthattheinjuryisaggavatedafterischemic myocardiumisestoedtoerfusionhichanladtoaignantathiaartflue,ndeensuddendeath,ndurentlyeisa lack of efectivetreatmentoptions.Heparanase(HPSE)istheenzymethatcancleavethesidechainofheparansulfate,whichplaysan importantroleinrenal,epaticndpulmonaryisheiareperfusionijuryRecentsudieshavesownthatthexpresionlevelofHSE increasesduringMRI,hichsuggests thatHSEabeivolveditedevelopmentofMIanditisexpectedtoeanovelioaerfor MIRIdiseaseandprognosisandapotentialtherapeutictarget.ThemechanismofHPSEinvolvedinthepathogenesisof MIRIisnow summarized,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of MIRI.
