【Abstract】Myocardialischemiareperfusioninjury（MRI）referstothephenomenonthattheinjuryisaggavatedafterischemic myocardiumisestoedtoerfusionhichanladtoaignantathiaartflue，ndeensuddendeath，ndurentlyeisa lack of efectivetreatmentoptions.Heparanase（HPSE）istheenzymethatcancleavethesidechainofheparansulfate，whichplaysan importantroleinrenal，epaticndpulmonaryisheiareperfusionijuryRecentsudieshavesownthatthexpresionlevelofHSE increasesduringMRI，hichsuggests thatHSEabeivolveditedevelopmentofMIanditisexpectedtoeanovelioaerfor MIRIdiseaseandprognosisandapotentialtherapeutictarget.ThemechanismofHPSEinvolvedinthepathogenesisof MIRIisnow summarized，aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of MIRI.
