【Abstract】Reentarsveevealedtatdocanolublelyaccharideispatedipertesiontroslerosisbtes andotherillessIcreasedlvelsofndocaninhbloodstreamidicateissueswithteedothelialcellndareseenaotetial indicator linked to heart disease.Factors like interleukin- 1β and tumor necrosis factor- α can boost endocan expression，thus impacting the levelsofcellsiomoleulssuchstercelladsinolele-ndsularelldooeule-ndeivoldiat conditionsti，looetatf endocan and predicts its clinical value as a prognostic marker for cardiovascular disease.
