【Abstract】Coronary heartdisease（CHD）refers toaheart diseasecaused byatherosclerosisorotherlesions inthecoronary arteries. Obstructionofblodfloleadstolackofoygentotecardiacmuscle，hichayultiatelyladtoanginapectoris，yocardalifarction orotherseriousheartproblems.Zanghongquisatraditional Chinesemedicie，hichhasshowngreatresearchvalueinthetreatmentofCHD becauseofitsighlyfectivefunctiosiregulatingblodlipids，elaingteforationandprgresionofteialplaqs，adat inflammatoryectsndfeadvesefctsompadtostatis.TisticleoevistheathogenicehanisslatedtZaogqu inCHD，awellsrapetictsdotetiallueofngoqitreamntofstrovdeeeaisfr the application of Zanghongqu in the treatment of CHD.
