【Abstract】Lipoprotein（a）[Lp（a）]，composedofpolipoprotein（a），polipoproteinB，andoidizedphospholipid，promotesatelet agregationandthrombosisthroughmultiplepathways.IndividualswithelevatedLp（a）levelsfaceaninreasedriskofearlonsetacute coronarysyndrome，orticvalvecalcificationndistentstenosis.Whilethrapeticapproachessuchasteatisenseoligoucleotide pelacarsenandtesalliteferingRNAopasiranoferopeforpatientswithyperlipoproteinma（a），itmainsncerahether reducingLp（a）levelscanfectivelylowertheicidenceofthomboticdiseases.Tisreviewwillexamnethestructuralforationofpa） anditsinteractisiiolisdaglatitestloreitsolioboticdasrovingatorticalfodti and guidance for future research.
